  3. Thanks Gossip, I’ll have a look on the IE6 problem. I can’t believe some of you haven’t updated it to IE7 or IE8 Beta 2!

    @Nihar: I think I was googling for them. I found one of them through WordPress.org plug-in list :)

    I like the first one, but the autosave actually saves me quite a lot since I tend to write some of my blog posts at work and leave the window sitting there for a bit and then close it accidentally sometimes…. can’t think of any pros for installing it (for me anyway).

    But thanks for the heads up on these!

  5. Rogue Says:

    You are correct about that Mike.. it might not be important to some of us….especially us in the blogger platform…:D

  8. After I upgraded into WP 2.6, the second e-mail about the comment approval just stopped getting sent. But I still receive the e-mail if I approve it through e-mail. Yeap! It’s annoying alright!!

  9. @fragileheart: Yeah, same thoughts here. I guess some people still hate it if a person actually made a plug-in for it

    @rogue: lol, sorry. You should’ve moved to WordPress hehe. Haven’t these plug-ins that I’ve talked about so often on my blog motivated you to change yet? :)

    @yan: Well…live..yes I can..not saying it’s gonna be a happy or not lol

    @Nadeesha: Oh? I have 2 blogs and even being on 2.6.1, I still have double notifications from the blogs. Weird. Well at least there’s an easy solution now

    That auto save feature has saved my rump a couple of times, but removing the follow up E-mail is a blessing. Thanks for sharing that plugin.

  11. I actually like the second mail, I archive them to have a list of who commented - and that mail comes from their email address. I use this address for my analytics of my site, I never use it for sales purposes. I have occasionally used it to reply off line.

    Great, I’ve just installed the first one. When I got that 2nd email I thought it’s just buggy or something :D
    Currently I don’t think the 2nd plugin would make a difference but it’s good to know it exists…

  14. @VMOptions: Same here!

    @Richard: Ah.. never thought of that. I usually just go to my administration panel to reply my comments from there. I go there a few times in a day lol

    @rjani: Maybe one day you’ll need it, who knows ;) Good luck on your new blog, by the way
