imho, definitely snazzier than twitter and much easier to get followers. twitter intro-ed the replies to a thread a tad late i feel. plurk on!

  6. would be nice if plurk had a “search” feature like twitter that allowed you to find people with the same interests

  9. Welcome to Plurk Michael! It’s great to finally see you on and now we can keep in touch together using this fun micro-blogging tool. I’ve been on it since June and met so many interesting people. We have even created a “Plurk clique” where the world’s most active Diggers and Stumble Uponers chat :)

    See you on Plurk!

Michael, this is a balanced review of plurk. I also got on plurk, not so long ago and found it to be rather addictive.

I have not been monitoring the traffic but it has become a secondary issue.

  19. ProudMOM Says:

I just joined PLURK and so far I’m enjoying it. I like it more than twitter.
Nice review about plurk…i’ll be adding you as my friend : )

  20. @jeflin: well the traffic is not much unless you have thousands of friends :)

I guess think of it as another time killing thing to do when you are bored!

  21. Feabionsu Says:

Oh man - there’s just more and more of these time wasters, hey? :D They’re just so addicting, you can spend all day on them! But, they are fun to use, and if I have time, I’ll definitely try them out.

Plurk - heh he! Well, the names of these things are certainly getting better and better, that’s for sure! I’ve never actually tried Twitter, but seeing as everyone seems to like this better, I’ll be sure to give it a try! :D
