  1. Are you alright Michael? Is that only for a general check up or something else? Sorry, I’m just curious. I hope there is nothing wrong with you. BTW it’s a usefull info because actually I just knew that we have to drink alot of water before taking a blood test.

    I got a blood test a while ago and the nurse said that my vein were extremely small too… However, the results came out reporting that i was extremely healthy. So there is thus no need to worry about it!!!

  3. Hey, thanks for the concern.

    As mentioned on the post, I had a high triglyceride level (that’s the amount of fat in your blood :D). The normal level is around 150-200. Mine was 500 last October lol

  5. I need to get back to the clinic before deciding whether I’m okay or not (the high triglyceride level)..

    I twisted my ankle yesterday when playing badminton and couldn’t walk at all now..my right leg is in pain :(
