Hi Michael!

Thanks for this post! Firefox has been driving me crazy lately, SERIOUSLY crazy, and although I wanted to switch to the beta version (which eliminated the memory issues), I didn’t because none of my fav add-ons were compatible!
Thanks to your tweak, I just upgraded, and I love it!

One thing though, you might want to revise and mention that you do the tweak after upgrading, rather than before. Maybe most people know this, but I didn’t, so I wound up doing it twice!

I’m probably going to do a blog post about the new FF, and if I do, will send you a trackback!

Have a great weekend!

Somehow it crashes a lot when I’m doing some Entrecard dropping (opening up 10 sites simultaneously).

It happens quite often but not always :( or maybe it’s one of the add-ons.. :[

You better watch out when disabling the extension checker. I had an extension that crashed firefox completely and had to restart firefox in safe mode to fix it. it was a pain in the ass to find the disfunctional extension.
