I will grant that these tablets are uncoated, and you should drink water right after you put the pill(s) in your mouth. But, this is a minor inconvenience. The quality seems to be there and I'm happy with the value. I've shopped around for Green Tea and EGCG extracts, and this one is the one I picked. The company has a good reputation, and I'm not going to drink 10 cups of green tea to get its benefits. Not when I can just take one or two Source Naturals Green Tea Extract.

These are non-coated tablets. So bitter, you'll need lots of water to flush the taste.
Never buying them again.
